I revived a employee discount thru my work.I am now totally disabled and am on social security disability.I no longer get a discount.Everyone I talk to is no help.I am not employed therefore I get no discount.You would think that with the aging population and many no longer work.many of us have been Verizon customers for years and you are willing to loose the business ? You should allow AARP for a discount.The only answer I get from you is to change my plan to lower my bill or put my account in someone else name.I thought AT&T had bad customer service but you guys are right behind them.I expect no answer from you or you will tell me tough luck.I will take my business and money elsewhere..
