Poor Wireless Service in TX

first i would like to say verizon coverage in Texas is very good except in Kerens TX 75144, the service used to be very good... the signal strength is still good 3-4 bars on a Motorola razr HD MAXX... but call connect times range from 2-5 minutes... and call drop rate is on average 75% of the time... if a call does go thru then you cannot hear the person hardly at all... I am assuming i am off the tower located at 32.128895 x -96.249842 or possibly 32.137967 x -96.192247... I hope this comment find something @ verizon as i have been unable to contact them directly, i would be more than happy to help with this issue if possible.

I never like to hear our customers are having a issue. Let's look into this together. Did this start after an application was downloaded? Please power down the device then remove and reinsert the Sim card and retest.

no sir this is over two different devices... one is the motorola Razr and the second since the upgrade is a moto razr HD MAXX... phone has also been reset to factory defaults with the same results.

Oh no! Thanks for trying the factory reset. That is the most effective step in the troubleshooting process. If this did not work we'll have to look at replacement options. How long have you had the phone for? Is there any physical or water damage? Do you have insurance?

The phone is not the problem as i am a traveling Network Engineer and my phone works great in south Texas, east Texas, west Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, and even Seattle Washington. just doesn't work well in kerens TX.... which is where i live... if the service didn't work great elsewhere i would just switch carriers... all i am asking is for "Verizon" Take a look at the service provided in 75144 as there is an issue with the tower or or some type of interference.
