What's up with the Stratosphere? The reviews were great when I bought it and now the reviews are horrible! I would rate is horrible too! I have been having nothing but problems with my stratosphere and all I get told is "There are no known issues with this phone." If you search Google you will see that there are a lot of issues with this phone. As to what is going on with mine...it randomly shuts off and when you turn it back on expect a wait of about 10 minutes or longer. There are times when the screen just stops responding and in order to get it to respond you have to shut the phone off which means you have to wait for at least 10 minutes after you turn it on for it to be ready to use. I have replaced the battery thinking that would help but it didn't. I have stopped unneeded things from running and still no changes. I have no clue what to try next as everything I have done up til now has not worked. I have never dropped this phone and have always kept it in a case so there is no reason I should be having the problems I have with it. I am not looking forward to another year with this phone and I definitely will not buy another one! In my opinion this is one of the worst phones ever! Anyone have any suggestions as to what to do next besides throwing out the window???? Any and all suggestion are appreciated............Thanks!
