What does 'PC Status' mean?

What does PC Status mean? I tried switching devices, I put the SIM card number in and now it said PC status. How long will it take to activate? Do I need a new SIM card?

I don't know what PC status means, and your post is pretty vague on details. Help us help you:

What device are you trying to activate? What two devices are you trying to switch?

Are you using the Verizon website at all? Or just moving the SIM from one phone to the other?

Where are you "putting the SIM card number in"?

"It" says - - what says? The phone? The computer?
