My phone has been going crazy for over a month now. It would open apps on its own and it push anything and everything. When I first contacted customer service, they directed me to LG's customer service so they could just replace my phone. I sent it in and they said nothing was wrong with it. Well the issue continued and they told me to send it back in. I did. Apparently, they changed the LCD screen or something. It worked for literally 30 minutes then it continued to go crazy. I wouldn't even let me make calls or anything. I contacted them again, and they told me to send it back again. Well I asked for shipping labels this time and said it would take 24-48 hours to process.... Four days later. Nothing! I've been looking for all sorts of answers out there because I'm really trying to get my phone back to normal, I've only had it for less than four months. Its crazy. I have taken the battery out, reset it, restart it, EVERYTHING! And still nothing! If someone could please help?!?!? I'm tired of wasting money and time!!
