How come the video quality of this service is not very good using the redzone? The picture quality should be better with the screen I have,

I have an S3 and am using it over Wifi. Any sugggestions or do I just get crappy video and deal with it?

Let's get to the bottom of your concerns, beef222. I actually use the S3 and it looks great. Have you tried using NFL Mobile while connected to 4G? Your signal can effect your picture quality.

the ten-houston game is on right now on replay on the NFL Network. I switched off wifi and turned on the 4g, picture and words are still fuzzy a lot of the time. pictures and words still fuzzy when i switch back to the wifi. I'm even sitting right next to my wireless router hoping to make the picture look better. i've turned my power saving features off.

I guess I don;t know what I was expecting as far as picture quality goes with this application. obviously something better.

mine is off and on. sometimes looks like hd and others times looks awful. it doesn't seem to matter if i'm on LTE or wifi either.

I've been using NFL Mobile Premium off and on (NFL Network, Redzone, and NFL Thursday night) all week at various locations around Seattle. I do not think I've seen HD quality ever. I don;t know if there are settings in regards to my screen on my phone that will fix this.

The NFL mobile app is a great application. I love watching NFL Redzone on Sundays so I can keep track of games around the league.

Which make and model device are you using it on? When you say your not receiving HD quality, is it atleast coming in clear? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Please provide additional details so I can take a closer look.

are these chatbots? i said earlier I have a samsung s3. clear but not very pretty, the words/numbers are clearly pixelated (not smooth)

I have noticed the same issue myself while watching games with my Samsung Galaxy S3 also. The picture seems to get clearer when there isn't a lot of movement, but when a play is run, the picture seems to become very pixilated.
