When I am talking on my phone the screen goes blank and it just locks up for about 5 minutes and then it ok again, has anyone else had this problem?
I wonder if that is an issue with the proximity sensor.
Yes phone goes black and off even when I have 70% battery life left..no issue with battery life until update 7.2..please help!!
Thanks for the details cassie18 and we can figure this issue out. Do you have a case or cover on the phone that can be blocking the proximity sensor at the top?
