I just need to know because it really messed up they call it customer service I think based on what happen and I just need to know who I complain to about very bad customer service
You could write a letter to one of the appropriate addresses listed under the "contact us" section. Other than that there isn't much recourse.
At least you got a person on the phone... I can't get a number to call.... I keep getting in a loop on this web site and am really (removed) off. I pay them but now they don't want to help... wonder what they do if I don't pay them... I know cut off my phone... Wish I could (removed)....
