I have been getting this message about once a day in the last week, when trying to place calls. I am using a Droid Razr HD. I live in Middle Tennessee. Very aggravating!
How long does the outage last?
Do you have to do anything to get the connection back?
Do you have a Way to get a hold of Customer Service Like landline or a friends phone to were you can call Customer Service and talk to a rep in Tech Dept. Here's some Numbers Landline Call 1-800-922-0204 Option 3 by Cell *611 I would ask if there are any Outages or Towers or Services being worked on.. Good Luck b33
