This weekend my 4G USB modem speed for surving and general internet was very irratic and inconsistent. A neighbor of mine with the same type Verizon service experienced the same thing. Anybody know what caused this? Thanks.
Tower issues, scheduled maintenance, tower upgrade to handle additional LTE connections. It could be any number of things especially since you and your neighbor had similar issues.

You have to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or another phone to report signal issues or find out if there is an issue.
I'm also in the area and have been having lots of difficulties connecting properly. My phone will say I'm connected to 4G with the signal strength of about 110 dBm, which is what I normally get. However, I'm not receiving any data signals nor am I transmitting any. This is the 4th day of this occurring. Please make any reparations to whichever tower necessary, Verizon. I cannot afford to be without my internet. Thank you.

The issue is very sporadic and has come and gone 4 times in the last 10
minutes. I am in the Byrd Mill Area of 23093 and my device is a USB 5551L
Norvatel modem. This is extrememly inconvenient and irritating. My
neighbors who have similar verizon internet access are experiencing the
same problem. Please correct now. Thanks.

I just tried it today and so far it is working fine. I hope they fixed
whatever was messed up for the last 7 days. Wonder if they will offer a
discount for those days.
I tried it again just now and it is broke again. Took 6 minutes and a
dozen tries just to open my email. This continues to really suck! If it
keeps on then I guess I'll have to go back to satellite!
Was messed up all morning today but is working at the moment. There has
got to be a good reason for this and I hope verizon is working to fix it!

I live very close to Moss-Nuckols Elementary School, area code 23093. When is Verizon Fios coming to this area? Many people in this area that is rapidly growing would love to have reliable fast-speed internet!! We would love if this option is available to us! Can you shed some like on the current options and when/if Fios is coming? Thank you!
