Are there solicitors or spammers contacting you on your cells more than before?

Is anyone receiving MORE and MORE spam text messages and solicitors calling their cells in spite of being on the DNC? it seems to be getting much worse . We subscribe to family base but you can only block 20 numbers per phone. " Trusted Contacts" seems to be a joke and NOTHING like what we were told it would be so we are at a loss and ready to ditch verizon. We have many good friends with other providers who dont seem to be going through this. Any thoughts?
