Iphone 4s can make and get phone calls but data not working off of wifi and can not send text messages. I reprogrammed and no change.
Is the cellular data turned on and it still isn't working?
Yes, I've rebooted turn cellular data on and off numerous times. Reprogrammed and am just getting 1x and no 3g data.
