LTE issues in Charlotte, NC?

Are there issues with LTE in Charlotte around zip code 28277? I keep losing data coverage, and when it is connected it is terrible. I'm sitting at the same desk I've been at for almost 2 years and never had problems before today. See the attached speedtest.net test.

Yes I have problems in the 28255 area.  After 45 minutes on the phone with support, they finally gave up and are sending me a new Iphone 5 to my surprise.  I should have it in two days.  Not sure why this is the solution, but you may want to call support too.
