So I find out today that the early upgrade for the primary phone holder is no longer an option. Every contract is 2 years. I was told by the Verizon rep that not many people were taking advantage of this so they changed it! (listen to the recording of my call Verizon) We all know that was incorrect, seeing as how we struggle to make a phone last for 2 years in the first place. This is just another short fall on your part Verizon. Added the upgrade fee of $30, took away the early upgrade option and if we pay the costly insurance, you still pay a ton for a replacement on smartphones and are given a refurbished or certified phone to replace it ( that is if you pass all the exclusions) These phones dont last two years! Whats next?? In my opinion, contracts like this show you arent secure in what you sell ! I wonder if we all knew the early upgrade would be thrown away~would we have opted into another lengthy contract! Why force someone to stay with you for two years, can you not let the plans and products speak for themselves?
