Just wondering since Ubuntu Touch is about to be released on October 17, i was wondering if anyone with verizon will be able to install the Ubuntu Touch OS on their devices?
No, not on current devices, at least not in ways that can be discussed on this forum. As to whether or not Verizon will carry any Ubuntu Touch devices, there has been no rumors one way or the other.
Actually, with the amazing progress of the UBPorts community, I have successfully installed Ubuntu Touch on my Google Pixel 3a. Only problem is that I don't have the right APN settings, so I don't have working LTE (or MMS presumably). Hopefully I can figure out how to get everything working properly.
