I paid my bill last time on your site . But you said you never got it, but my credit card bill me for it .Now you took a auto payment , but my service is still unhooked for nonpayment what the hell ?????????????????????

My guess is you'll get your service back when you call Verizon and straighten your bill payment problems out, cuz this is a peer-to-peer forum. We don't have access to your account and can't make decisions for Verizon.
Sometimes a Verizon employee from customer service does log in but there's no guarantee.
