Why don't you demand that Verizon just answer the forum queries from people instead of moderating(i.e. sitting and watching) while hundreds of the customers that they SHOULD be helping, post replies to the questions until somebody hits the nail on the head and gets it right, then they tell you that IS the correct answer????
The internet is an amazing place but this has got to be one of the most asinine ways I have ever seen to have a company answer frequently asked questions
and /or general queries about the services they provide.
They are sitting and watching as different people try to answer questions about Verizon services , probably laughing their butt's off watching as forum users bumble through trying to give the right info,and then when somebody gives the right answer--they get a thumbs up and some points.
So obviously Verizon can answer these questions themselves, but instead wants all the forum users to try and "guess" the correct answer???
Then rewards the person that "guessed" correctly with a thumbs up (WOW!) and some points(BIG WOW!!)
I guess there is one born every minute.
Why any of you should tolerate or participate in this way of getting answers from a company regarding the services they provide is the question that you should really be asking yourselves.
More importantly you should be asking Verizon why the Hell would they do something so illogical, time consuming, and retarded.
Instead of just answering the questions themselves.
