I just became a customer of verizon and the first time I had to call I experienced very bad service. The gentleman I spoke with was rude and short with all his answers. He would not make any payment arrangements on my account nor would he take a payment over the phone. Advised I had to go into a store. I advised him that the store where I live closes at 5 and I cannot make it to the store. He basically said oh well that is the only way you can make a payment. And then hurried me off the phone. I am so disgusted with this inconvience and the way I was treated I am seriously considering switching to another company. My family has verizon and I will definitly let them know how I was treated and they will take their business to another company that knows how to treat its customers. Very frustrated right now.
