Update - after 2+ hours I finally got a rep in the fraud dept.

It took 4 hours of wait time until I finally reached someone in the fraud dept. My problem was resolved in 5 minutes. Alex was very helpful. I asked for a number to call to complain about the crazy wait times and he gave me 800-922-0204. I told him I doubted they would answer, but he said yes they will and I'm going to give it a try.

When you call 800-922-0204, or *611 from your handset (same result), press 4 for more options when given the menu options. Then SAY "Speak to an agent" when prompted. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes for a CS rep, typically it's 2 minutes or less, and I am connected and talking to a real person. I don't have to call that often, but when I do, it doens't take long.

ardysa meant that as to complain about the crazy wait times for the Fraud Department, not for regular CS. Regular CS has almost no hold time. The issue is the hold time for Fraud.
