I haven't been able to access my voicemail for over a week now. When I checked on my plan to make sure it was still up to date, it is checked. I've tried calling my own number directly, and the *86 number as well. I've reset the phone three times, still nothing. When I try to check my voicemails, I get a message saying that my call can't be completed. I have a samsung Intensity 2. What can I do to fix this?
