unable to access my voicemail

I haven't been able to access my voicemail for over a week now.  When I checked on my plan to make sure it was still up to date, it is checked.  I've tried calling my own number directly, and the *86 number as well.  I've reset the phone three times, still nothing.  When I try to check my voicemails, I get a message saying that my call can't be completed.  I have a samsung Intensity 2.  What can I do to fix this?

I would call custmer service (*611 from your cell phone, or 800-922-0204 from any phone).  Choose option 4 for "Other", then SAY "Speak to an agent" when prompted.  This will typically get you connected to real live person in a few minutes (less than 5 in my experience).

The CS rep can reset your voicemail or check to see why it's not working properly.  It will likely be cleared up with one phone call.
