My phone will be soon eligible for an upgrade. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. When I purchased my insurance, I was told that I could have the screen replaced for free with the insurance and now I see it will cost me much more money than the phone is worth. Will the broken screen effect my upgrade? I have attempted to use the live chat feature, but there never seems to be anyone available.
