New PRL=No Data

Received PRL 51803, either yesterday or last night. Now I switch between 1X, no data, and 3G. I called CS, and they think its the phone. They had me do a factory reset, and it took 10 min to sync. with Google. I had a good 3G signal prior to the PRL update. Voice and Messaging seem ok. Any ideas? Trying to figure out if its the phone or service area.

Just updated this morning and same issue on Droid Eris. I don't know if it was the PRL update or a network outage.

2-28 was switching between 1X, 3G, and no data. Only received data when on 1X. Late evening, would lose lose voice and data, for a couple of mins, through the night.

3-01 still switching 1X, 3G, and no data. Replaced phone, still no change. Late evening would lose voice and data.

3-02 morning everything fine. Evening voice is fine, never lost 3G, but had to refresh apps multiple times for updates.

3-03 no data, last e-mail received 3:05am on phone, 4:42am on computer EST. Voice works

Wish there was better communication within VZW, spoke with 2 reps. 1st one said its your phone, replace it, told him everything else works fine would call in Monday it there is still a problem, 2-28. 2nd one said its the network, issued a trouble ticket, 3-01. Was in town, stopped at Verizon store, there tech checked it out, said its a network problem. A VZ tech called, and told me to replace the phone, returned to store replaced it got home same problem. Called VZ, opened another trouble ticket, 3-01. They really know how to waste the customers time. Store Rep told me no more data from Sprint towers. Is it possible there servers are getting over loaded?

I had no data this morning either. I did the PRL upgrade and Data returned around 8.
