Strong LTE signal, little to no data

At work I have good 4gLTE signal strength 3-5 bars (even showing the 4g logo confirming a data connection) but when I navigate to a page or update an app the data connection is painfully slow and often drops or times out before completing. Occasionally it will dip into 3G service and the data seems to flow just fine.

I have great 4g connections almost everywhere else. This happens to me in Beaverton, OR near the intersection of Jay ST and Burlington DR. 97006.

Any idea what might be causing this?

Thanks for the details about the intersection in which you're having issues the most! Now, let's figure out what's going on. I checked Jay St and Burlington, and the area is completely surrounded in 4G coverage and towers. Is this a new issue? What model device do you have? Is this only happening in the area you mentioned? Please clarify for me, thanks!
