I am Highly upset with the customer service I have recieved lately. I am told one thing and when the date arrives I am told another. I need to upgrade our slow out of date after 6 month phones. I am told i can upgrade on one date then you push it back on me without my consent then when i wait til that date you do it yet again. I have been with verizon for 6 plus years and i have 6 lines. Your customer service has gone down the drain because of your lack of service i am seriously thinking of changing cell phone companies. I joined you due to the services you had. Customer Service is the big one and that is failing with an F-. I cant believe how rude your company has become. You give the supervisors no authority so why have them. You dont make it easy to contact corporat either. Lets just say I am beyond ****** at this moment. I want you people to contact me to get all my problems resolved
