i purchased a ringback tone and have tried to get it to ring via the web and my phone and have been unsuccessful. Any ideas or help to get them to work? I have had ringback tones before and they always worked

May I ask did you buy the ringback tone online via My Verizon? If so then you can manage your ringbacks online. May I ask what tone did you buy? Also, what tone plays when you receive a call? Yes I purchased my ringback tone from Verizon. I purchases Feel So Close to you by Calvin Harris. I have tried to use the website and it shows ths is my default tone, but it is not and I have even attempted to change it via the Verizon APP and to NO avail have I been able to get it to play on my phone.
In addition the email you sent me said it was ok to reply to the email and then i get a kickback stating the email cannot be sent. What a joke!
I truly appreciate you following, Dollymama359. That's a great song! It's one of my favorites. What do friends and family hear when they call your phone? Do they hear the classical music or the normal ringtone? Have you attempted to change your default? Moving to the VZW Ringback tone and then back to Feel So Close by Calvin Harris.
