the sender is a gmail.com porn address.
You can go to http://www.verizonwireless.com and use the five free blocking to stop the annoyances.
You can subscribe to Usage Controls ( Has a different name now I believe) and for $5 a month you can block 20 numbers or as a last resort change your cell number.
