Any time I call out it rings a couple time and then says "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, there was an error in process you call. Please power down and turn off your phone. Then turn your phone back on and try your call again. Announcement 11632-4
Do you have strong signal when placing the call? Are you in "extended network" or "roaming"?
Are you using the full 10-digit phone number for the contact? Is this a pre-paid or a post-paid (contract) account?
