I took my phone in to see what i could do about my faulty GPS. They said since i had the extended warranty, they would send me a new phone and I would send them my old one. So my replacement is already on its way!
Now, since I am the person on this planet with the ABSOLUTE WORST LUCK OF ALL TIME, today I broke my screen :smileysad:
So im not sure what to do. Should I just send my phone in as is? After, a verizon representative already agreed to replace it.
Or should i replace the screen and then send it in?
Or am I out of luck regardless?
What would happen if Verizon receives a broken phone? I don't want to get stuck with a bill for the replacement.
Would they be willing to return my broken phone to me if i give the replacement back?
