I too have dropped calls and they say failed, mostly always inside house, about 50% of the time outside, but I don't want to have to go outside for all my calls I have called three times and Verizon's only answer is buy the internet box. I look at your maps and they all show I am dead solid in a good coverage area, that is the reason I switched.........call me bummed out if you can reach me.........
