Unexplained Data Usage on Verizon Wireless Jetpack

Has anyone else been screwed by their data usage on their Verizon Wireless Jetpack. I have been getting unexplained data charges including the most recent data usage of a single incidence of 2.8 GB. I do not stream video nor do I download much other than updates for my spyware and Windows so don't know how I could possibly use 2.8 GB of data in one single incident. Anyone else having this problem please share. I called Verizon and it was like talking to the wall.

Oh No! I would be shocked too! Let's get down to the bottom of this usage. Did you have a password set up on your jetpack? Is there anyone else connecting to your device?
