cannot make phone calls DURHAM NH 03824

Our phones were working find until this morning and we could make some calls. Then all of a sudden none of our cell phones is working..we see full signal..we have tried switching on/off for sometime...its a real pain...any suggestions..zip code 03824

Let's get to the bottom of your calling concerns harisv. I know how important it is to have working service at all times. I have verified there are no reported issues in the area. What make & model phone are you using? Are other VZW customers in the area besides the lines on your account experiencing the same issue? We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi,

I have an LG COSMOS 2 and my wife has iphone 4. both devices were not

working for 4-5 hours. Then all of sudden both started working, and are

working fine right now. What i need to know is why this happened, and if it

happens again, and we do not have access to any phone/internet to report to

verizon, what can we do?

Hi LasinaH_VZW:

The zip code is already given in the post title in case you did not

notice. It is 03824. All phones in our apt were experiencing issues and

even going anywhere else in the building or outside the building did not

help. I appears to be a big issue if none of the wireless phones is

working, and we do not have access to anything additional to call Verizon.
