Borrowing from another customer, I would like to repeat: "I have been a Verizon wireless customer for many years and advised many of my friends to join. I felt at the time they provided the best customer service, and I never had any issues with connection when making and receiving calls. At this time I HATE Verizon and have been mistreated as a customer and want to inform whoever will read."
You guys took the liberty of changing my old unlimited text, unlimited talk and unlimited data plan WITHOUT TELLING ME. We are incurring overage charges at this time because you slipped a change in there in 2011, and I never noticed because I NEVER WENT OVER!! Now I understand it will cost me $350 to get out of this TRAP you have set for me. This is so damn unfair, and the representative I talked to said NO ONE ELSE IN THE COMPANY could help me.
