The Balance on my Account

When I first activated my daughters phone, I got a prepaid $35.00 card. the package the phone came in said there was already $10.00 credit put on the phone. When I view the balance it is showing I owe $10.00, why is that, when this phone came with a $10.00 credit already on it???

We would love review that information for you. I would love to have one of our prepaid reps take a look into this for you. You would be able to get ahold of them by dialing 888-294-6804 or dial *611 from your mobile phone. They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I want to know my account balance and I don't need to talk to anyone. Give me my balance or I will not be a customer any longer .
