I have had verizon wireless services now 3 different times. The first time with no problems under the unlimited plan until my now ex messed my account up causing my to be delinquet and having to pay a late fee and contract early termination fee. Finally sorted all that out then began a new family share plan with no issues to report until a virus caused every phone on my account to crash, being told they were unable to be fixed and not being eligable or financially able to upgrade, later finding out all the origional phones needed was the software downloaded back on them. straightined that account out and opened my new share everything account. I have had the account now for not quite 2 full months and am already having serious issues!!! first off my account was pro rated from the time it was open causing un neccesarry data overages, second my devices somehow ended up on seperate accounts causing a higher bill. then after activating my new devices my plan still hasn't been set at the desired data plan origionally signed up for, I am still being pro rated, have seperate bills and now to top everything off my 2nd months bill is over $1500.00 there were phones and lines activated on my account i did not give permission for, a mifi device that was sup to be cancellled and removed frojm my account was left active allowing others living around me to connect and use my data and Verizon only offered to credit me $300 next month if i pay this months bill of over $1500. Is anyone else having these issues, and if so is there a corporate number or address I can contatct to try and resolve these issues? I just dont understand how I can be punished for Verizons mistakes.
