Autopay credit still not received HELP

I have a prepaid account and i was charged and autopay when i had already paid my account two days before so i called customer service and they removed the autopay and gave me a credit of 65.33 they said it would be 3 to 5 days that the credit would appear in my bank account and it's been 5 days and still nothing.
