wireless customer service is terrible, you can't email and the chat function is always busy.
my credit for every 2 years appears to be gone, as well as the program too. what is the incentive to get me to switch my iphone 4 with unlimited data to new tier program....a credit if I trade in my old phone. geez. Verizon's websites are horrible to navigate and to find what you are looking for without it being confusing or vague. I am still waiting for all those new channels with fios I was promised, and fios never adds it takes away. I used to be a Verizon lover but the romance is over. I will look at the other carriers because Verizon is not a customer support friendly company.
