Where do i go. I got a support ticket a few days ago. I was told I would receive a call from an engineer in less than 48 hours. That didnt happen. They did give me a support ticket #. How do I check that? Is there somewhere to go online?
I'd suggest you contact Customer Service; I'm not aware of anywhere on-line where support tickets can be checked.
