There seems to be no clear option for this. Chat on the web site does not work for me (it keeps saying I need to be logged in, but I am logged in--I can see my account details, etc.), and two telephone calls to 611 ended in dead ends after a maze of options, none of which were relevant. Very frustrating.
I get terrible service in my apartment in NYC. Less than 50% of incoming calls will cause my phone to ring. No other wireless carrier has such bad service here, seems like just a Verizon thing.
