Anyone else have this problem?
We are sure that Verizon customer service told us that they would remove the requirement for having a one year contract when we signed up for the loyalty smart phone plan. I just checked the account and the requirement is still there!
We have been long, long, term customers and don't want to leave BUT we feel like having a contract is insulting and strong arming us. We feel that the supervisor of the leadership team was rude to us when he said essentially that there is no need to change the contract (implying that they don't value our commitment to them).
Sure would like to see if these conversations are really recorded so we can prove that they told us they would remove the requirement for the contract!
In the mean time, we are actively search for another cell phone provider!
