I am so fed up with the crap Verizon Wireless is pulling! We had a smart phone (unlimited text & data, shared 700 min plan). Had to get an uprgrade after the two years, and now the unlimited data is gone! Only allowed 2 GB a month! Yeah, well, ok, nothing has changed as far as usages, but for some reason, the average of 1.5gb per month have turned into well over 2 gb! How can that be? A friend of mine is having the same problem. His son upgraded to the 5gb per month, only to be told that he's using over 8gb! Are you freaking kidding me? There has to be something going on behind the scenes! I'm sick of the rat race! Last months bill said we are allowed 2gb, used 3gb, and were charged for 2gb! Really! What the heck is going on?!?!
