It seems unbelieveable to me that it's 4 days after the billing cycle ended and I still can't get my bill. Not only cannot I not get the bill, but I cannot even pull up the minutes on the website or get them from a customer service rep because they are "unavailble for 1-2 weeks while the billing is done." Does anyone know a way to pull up your minutes used for the last billing cycle Nov 16-Dec 15? Tt's the end of the year and I need to do my expense report this week.
