WOW! Verizon has truly gone down hill. Customer "Service" reps asked for my account password, you know the one I log on to my billing info. so she can "see my billing info" . REALLY ? Then wants me to tell her what VERIZON should already know. REALLY ? Has Verizon lost touch.? Then I cant even find an EMAIL for VERIZON customer service despite a 10 minute search on this website!!!!! THEN cant CHAT because too many people are trying to CHAT with the ONLY ONE they have on LINE because they could'nt find a EMAIL Address either... GREAT SERVICE ! HORRIBLE WEBSITE.. I THINK THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT SO YOU GIVE UP AND GO AWAY!!
