Stop buying ringtones and start making your own and not have that problem. There are many apps out there that allow you to do that. A little more difficult to do on the iPhone but still able to do with a computer and itunes. I know that is not what you are looking to hear. But where did you purchase the ringtone from Verizon or Google or Itunes. As where you purchased is where you will have to get it fixed at. I know if it is Verizon you will need to contact customer service which is a quick call and they could take care of that for you.
