Back in May of last year, I upgraded my phone to the new Samsung Galaxy S4. I was eligible for an upgrade, while my husband's line was eligible later in the year. However, when it came time for him to upgrade (he has an OLD LG Vortex that's basically useless!), we found out his upgrade had been pushed to January this year. He was wanting to upgrade to the Note 3 at the Black Friday pricing (which was fantastic!), but we were unable to do so because Verizon pushed his upgrade. Now we're looking at paying a little more than DOUBLE the price to upgrade to the same phone PLUS an upgrade fee?? My husband is ready to just call it quits and remove his line and data from my account and switch to Straight Talk. We just can't afford the price the phone is at now when we should have been able to upgrade his device at Black Friday pricing.
