no employee discounts for the state of north carolina online? smh.

it says that i cant register for my employee discount in the state of north carolina online...so im not eligible for a discount because of the state that i live in? i work for xerox and i can get discounts through verizon but not in the state i live in, i think this is so unfair...is there a way that i can receive my discount in this state?
