why does verizon advertise two day shipping when it is not true! I'm sure they will tty to blame it on fed ex.I ordered this phone on july 3rd . minus july 4th, you would think it should be here monday seeing how over the road fed ex trucks run on saturdays. I've personally seen them on the interstates.duh!!!! now is this false advertisement? two days is 48 hours right. now tell me why my order spent 17 hours in memphis tn. for 17 hours before it left!!! fed ex schedule is none of my concern. my concern is verizon offers two day shipping or 48 hours, my order is not scheduled to be delivered to my address till sometime during the day of july 9th,if I'm right it will end up being between 60 hours to 72 hours. who do I report to the better business bureau? verizon advertises two day delivery and contracts out fed ex. I just want to make sure I report the right entity to the BBB for false advertisment. or are both responsible. any one have response other than verizon because I'm sure they are seeing this!!!!! I just want to hold them to the standard I'm held to in todays world. only fair
