I had intended to post this as feedback on my recent conversation with a Verizon employee but my session ended before I could finish typing it. I was also unable to get a transcript of my conversation because my session ended. this is not why I am disappointed.
I am disappointed because because it seems like keeping my service is not worth the cost of a network extender. I would hate to do it, but I am starting to lean towards changing service. I have paid Verizon over $22,000.00 in service over the last 9-10 years and I don't see how this would be too much to ask for. There is a pretty good chance that I may end up living in the house that does not have service in it and there would be no point in me paying for service that I could not inside my house. To my knowledge, Sprint and nTelos both work in the house. Verizon works outside of the house. I get full service about 10 feet from the front door.
This is what I had intended to post: "The issue that I am having has not been resolved. the only way would be for me to spend $250.00 on a network extender, when for that much I can buy her a new phone on a different service that does work in her house. the only thing that would keep her phone on Verizon service would be if I were given said network extender. I have been with Verizon for close to 10 years, and have had no real complaints until now. I have been considering moving down here to the house that Verizon service does not work in and I would hate to have to drop Verizon service for something else (nTelos) which works in the house."
