I've placed 4 orders for an iphone 5s already and all 4 orders have been cancelled with no explanation! Customer service reps keep telling me that there is fraud on the account, but the fraud department simply cannot be reached! I've been on hold for over an hour on several occasions, only to be disconnected with no answers. What is going on with my account? I'm seriously on the verge of cancelling my account. Worst customer service ever!
