I can send and receive most text messages but I have 2 contacts that both have US cellular service that can receive my texts but I cannot receive theirs.

tjheslar,Updating the network is a piece of cake! On your iPhone 4, go ahead and dial the number *228, choose option 2, and then restart your phone for a resync. Select OPTION 2
And listen closely at the voice on the phone.
