Roaming and unable to make or receive calls

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem I am having with my coverage. I activated my phone about a week ago, and was able to use it without any problems up until yesterday when I got home I noticed I was Roaming and I am unable to make or receive any calls now since I am roaming. I can text but that's all I can do. Would anyone happen to know how I could fix this problem? I know I am in an Extended network but I have never had a problem with my service until now. If I am paying to have unlimited talk and text I want to be able to talk. Just because I am in an Extended network shouldn't stop me from using my phone.

I hear you and completely understand where you’re coming from. Being on extended network should not prevent you from making or receiving calls. It’s my goal to get to the bottom of this, since there’s something else going on, and fix this so your service is up and running again. First, I need to know your zip code, and phone’s make/model please. Have you been in the same area since you activated it? Any new downloads (apps) of changes to the phone? Thank you.
